I get it.
I’ve struggled through Plantar Fasciitis for 18 long months before I even started to see signs of improvement.
Plantar Fasciitis is a terrible condition I wouldn’t wish on anyone. While it isn’t super serious in and of it self, it has debilitating consequences and can sometimes progress into worse conditions like heel spurs.
This website is here to help people who suffer from Plantar Fasciitis. It is something I feel strongly about having effected me for so long. The information here is my own opinions about shoes, orthotics and other potential solutions to the Plantar Problem.
I am not a doctor and nothing on this site should be taken as medical advice. Everything here should be treated as purely informational and if anything contradicts your licensed GP – I’ll say this now – Please, please – Take your doctors advice over my own. Plantar fasciitis shares symptoms with many other issues and can sometimes be hard to diagnose. It can be even more difficult to treat.
Following my own doctors advice and the advice of a specialist I can now run pain free and am completely back to my old self. This has been an arduous experience and I hope I can help people by sifting through the failed cures, treatments, home remedies, sorting out the scams, cruft, and junk products that people are often tricked into buying. I want to give you the advantage I never had, I want you to be able to learn from my mistakes.
If you’re new or have just been diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis, I would start out with my article explaining what plantar fasciitis really is.
If you know what plantar fasciitis is but need help figuring out what treatments you want to discus with your doctor, check out my informational guide to Plantar Fasciitis Treatments.
